👮♂️Governance and DAO of Minati Token
Governance of Minati Token :-
The governance of the Minati Token is designed to be as decentralized and democratic as possible. As a decentralized token, decisions regarding the Minati Token and the overall Minativerse ecosystem are ideally made collectively by the community.
Community Voting: Token holders may have the right to vote on proposals that impact the Minativerse ecosystem, including changes to protocols, introduction of new features, and even decisions regarding community initiatives. The aim is to allow those who are invested in the ecosystem to have a say in its direction.
Transparent Process: All proposals, discussions, and voting are expected to be made transparent to the community. The goal is to promote an open dialogue and ensure that all decisions are made in the best interests of the community.
Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) :-
In line with the principles of decentralization, the Minativerse may operate as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). A DAO is an organization represented by rules encoded as a computer program that is transparent, controlled by the organization members and not influenced by a central government.
DAO Structure: The DAO structure means that every aspect of Minativerse, including the direction of its development, its rules, and its operations, could be decided upon by community consensus.
DAO Proposals and Voting: Token holders can propose changes or new initiatives to the Minativerse. Other token holders can then vote on these proposals, with the outcome determined by the majority. This provides a democratic and inclusive way of making decisions that affect the entire community.
Funding through DAO: The DAO can also manage a treasury, funded by a portion of the transactions or operations within the Minativerse. These funds can be used to finance projects or initiatives that benefit the Minativerse and its users, with decisions on how to allocate these funds made via community voting.
